      Steven from 2 Sons Plumbing was great! The company is great as well. I had a positive experience speaking with Beth on the phone. The company sent texts to keep us informed when a technician would arrive. They also sent a photo of our technician so that when he arrived we could feel comfortable and safe. I immediately received an email copy of the payment receipt, and follow up texts to ask if I was satisfied with the work. Great customer service and follow through!

      I would also like to add to my previous review — I have the more flexible schedule between my partner and I, so I am often the one to be home for maintenance technicians when they need to visit. Of course, I often get a little nervous about letting strangers into my home when my male partner isn’t here. We have worked with two incredibly professional, kind, and considerate technicians and I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate not having “weird vibes” when 2 Sons sends a technician. As a woman alone in my home, this feeling of safety means a lot and also means that we will continue to call this company in the future.

      Over priced 1.5k to install a refrigerator line. Basement isn't even fished. I'll be doing it myself. It will also cost over $83 for them to come out to do a bid. The person I talked to on the phone never mentioned it. I would of never had them come out if I knew that beforehand

      I called 2 Sons about a failing hot water heater based on a referral from a neighbor. 2 Sons gave me an estimate on the phone and validated the estimate after inspection and determining service required prior to any work. The technician, Trung, was courteous, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job including cleanup. They performed the service the next morning after an afternoon call the day prior.

      Great, organized service, friendly, helpful and gave good options for my decision making. Only reason I'm giving a 4 is their pricing model. Min of $300 for the service call. 15 mins of work. That's highway robbery. I get that the biz model bakes this in for T&M, but it ceases being a company for human beings at that point. The other option I had was to fix an aging stop flow valve at the wall. Had I done that, the price would have been $498. Again, outrageous price for the simple work. I'm a consultant with 30+ years experience and masters degree and don't make those rates. Nice folks. Friendly professional service tech. Won't hire again. Will look for smaller individual plumber with a simpler cost model.

      Overpriced and over promised. Also, not clear on fees (specifically 3% service fee for using a credit card).The plumber was friendly and nice. However, he never mentioned that there was a 3% service fee for using a credit card. I emailed them about this 3% fee and told them it was never brought to my attention. They responded to me saying someone will get back to me on Monday since I emailed over the weekend. 2Sons never did follow up about the fee.Also, they overpromised on when they could come out to do the repair. They were supposed to come out on a Thursday afternoon, but cancelled last minute and said they'd show up first thing Friday morning. They did show up on Friday, but not until 11:30am.Lastly , their rates to fix a common slow drain fix was exorbitant! I wish I had more time to research, compare, and get other quotes. After the repair was done, I found that other companies charged around $100 for a slow drain/pipe. My repair was a little over 4 times that! This is more on me as I should have done more research on getting other quotes, but my wife and I wanted the repair done sooner than later.
