Called 2 Sons Plumbing with an issue with my downstairs toilet. Wasn't sure if they could find replacement parts as it was installed in the 1960's. The company and technician Trung kept me posted on his arrival time which I appreciated. My past experience with contractors working in this area has been mostly negative but Trung called me and arrived within the time window given me over the phone. He was positive about finding the parts necessary to do the repairs and the entire process was completed in a timely manner. Trung was also very patient and courteous.
