The plumber who arrived listened to our issue and asked the right questions then immediately diagnosed our problem. The breaker to the sewer grinder had tripped and so the toilet wouldn’t flush and the shower wouldn’t drain. Once the pump came back on everything worked. Experience matters.

Chances are if you live in an old house then eventually, you’ll need to repair or replace the main sewer line to the street. Fortunately, I had a very positive experience with a skilled team of professionals who repaired the old concrete sewer line.
They were able to respond right away, diagnose the issue using a camera and make a suggestion of lining the pipe (trenchless sewer repair), the lesser of several costly replacement techniques.
This was a two-day repair job yet I was only without water and sewer for about an hour or two. Amazing. In addition to the sewer repair, I also had 2 SONS Plumbing replace a pre-1950’s laundry basin. Again, a 100 year-old house with plumbing complexities - not for the DIY person.
I highly recommend 2 SONS Plumbing for all you plumbing requirements!

Prompt and efficient service for a gas line leak in our outdoor fire table. Great scheduling, real people answering the phone on the first call; no automated phone trees. Nice, friendly and efficient technicians, speedy follow up service with a small issue we had and efficient billing. One of the technicians even helped us with a non job related outdoor table issue that saved the day for an upcoming party! Will most DEFINITELY use this company again in the future for other issues at our home as needed.

Trung our tech and his apprentice Cole did a fantastic job yesterday. They worked tirelessly to replace our old CPVC pipes, install our new shower, and replace our kitchen sink. The job had a multitude of delays due our pipes not being plumb and some extra wall demo. They worked for at least 13+ hours yesterday and left our home at 11 pm. Trung wanted to ensure that we didn't have our water off longer than necessary. We could not be more thankful and grateful for their efforts in the rough in for our bathroom remodel. We look forward to having them back to install the shower/ tub combo, new bathroom faucet, and new toilet with a bidet seat. Trung always went out of his way to explain what was going on and helped us make informed decisions about our home. This is our 3rd or 4th time using 2 Sons and we couldn't recommend them more!

I have to say Bob was amazing!!! I had a clogged drain in my kitchen sink. Bob came in and took every precaution to be neat & clean. He explained to me what he was going to do and gave me the pricing and I agreed and he got to work. He was super kind and polite and fixed my drain issue. He was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend using 2 Sons!

Had issues at home with water backup. Dave was prompt, professional, and genuinely kind. He communicated between myself and my landlord, explaining the issues and next steps. We contacted these Plumbers on a Friday using Yelp quotes, and they were the fastest to reply and the fastest to engage with us when we had questions. We felt that warranted to give them the opportunity to give us the first consultation. Sometimes we get multiple consults if we get any icky feeling from the people doing it. We didn’t feel that way with this company.
Our toilet was leaking, and we expected we probably could use a new one. But wanted a professional estimate and options.
We got hooked up with their team to schedule it and they were able to give us a time only a day out. We asked for a 8-1pm window and received automated text and a formal phone call from a dispatcher saying how far out the plumber technician was.
The plumber who showed up was named Carey. We also a received a picture of him before he arrived for safety concerns which I thought was a good touch of care from the company. Carey was lights-out the best guy we could have asked for.
He showed up within the approximate eta and was kind, gracious, considerate of our space and gave us a myriad of options. He quoted us prices that felt quite fair, and we chose the option where he removes the toilet and chooses a toilet for us: though we talked about the various options beforehand.
All and all he left for 30 min to get the toilet: and returned to install it. Installation was complete within another 30 minutes.
He was so good man. And we just felt like this is how service and care and things should be in this world. It’s always refreshing when you get that. Because so many outfits just: make you regret everything.
The work was quick, professional, and he was happy to be there and gave us information every step of the way that we respected and appreciated.
We will use this company in the future. You earned our respect and business.

I initially hired this company to address a leak in my water service line. Due to repeated misdiagnosis and unsuccessful repair attempts, the work ultimately escalated into a full water service line replacement, resulting in a final cost far higher than what I had initially expected. While the replacement is now completed and functioning, the overall experience was frustrating and poorly managed.
From the start, pricing and expectations were unclear. I was told repair costs couldn’t be determined until excavation, yet on the day of work—before anything began—I was asked to sign for a high fixed repair price based on assumptions that were never discussed during the estimate.
The first repair attempt failed, and the leak clearly continued. No further investigation was done, I was required to pay in full, and I was told a discount would only apply if I committed to a full water service line replacement the same day, before the issue was properly resolved.
After paying for a second leak detection myself, the original leak was confirmed to still be present. Management involvement was requested but delayed, and during a follow-up visit I was asked to sign a new agreement stating the work was only a “repair attempt” with no warranty, despite the original repair being sold as warrantied.
I later proceeded with the water service line replacement based on specific assurances about the final cost, but the estimate I received did not align with those assurances. Throughout the process, I had to make multiple phone calls and send repeated emails over several days just to get responses.

Dave from 2 Sons Plumbing was fantastic! He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issues and turned out nothing needed to be fixed so was honest about that. And that’s appreciated! Very professional and Excellent communication! I will definitely be using 2 Sons Plumbing again for any plumbing needs and also I have already recommended to my parents! Carey and Micah came out on short notice when our tankless water heater started leaking unexpectedly. They were able to provide an extremely competitive quote on site and schedule us for installation the next day. We had some other pre-scheduled contractors in our home when they did the installation and they were extremely professional and courteous in making space for them to share space. I also appreciate how they cleaned up after work was completed. Overall wonderful guys and our second time using 2 Sons (once prior was to have a sewer line cleared) and we'd absolutely use them again. Thanks, Micah & Carey for the work!

I want to start by saying that Jeff and the rest of the plumbing team are absolutely great. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and clearly know what they’re doing. The quality of their work is solid, and I never felt like I was dealing with people who didn’t understand their craft.
That said, the pricing is extremely high. I completely understand paying for quality and expertise, but the cost made it hard to move forward with them for future work. If their prices were more reasonable, they would 100% be the company I would use every time.
So if budget is not a concern, you’ll likely be very happy with them. But for those of us who have to balance quality with affordability, the pricing is something to seriously consider.

I had a kitchen sink that started draining very slowly. Scheduling with 2 Sons was quick and easy. The technician arrived on time and was polite and friendly. Unfortunately, he was unfamiliar with the pipe configuration in my condo building and told me he was unable to get the cable through. He then provided me a written estimate for over $1600 to reconfigure the pipes. He stated the drain could not be cleared until that work was done. I was charged over $500 even though he was unable to do any work (got the cable down the pipe less than 5 feet before he gave up.) I called another plumber who came out a few days later and was able to use the cable to clear the drain (exactly what the plumber from 2 Sons said could not be done). I have emailed 2 Sons three times, explaining my concern and requesting a refund of the fee I paid, but am having difficulty getting anyone to respond to me. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I cannot recommend them based on this experience and lack of response.

We have used 2 Sons Plumbing quite a few times now and have never been disappointed! Courteous, professional, knowledgeable and efficient describes everyone from the office to the field teams! One of their team members, while here installing a sink fixture, overheard an estimate we were getting from a visiting sales rep for a project. Their team member (Carey) offered that the estimate was way over priced (by over $20k). We had 2 Sons price it out for us and they came in $23k less. We have a couple planned projects upcoming and plan to use them for that as well as any unexpected issues that arise. Just this week, they dispatched a team on NYE as our water heater broke. Once again, good price, courteous, professional and efficient! I/we are so pleased to have found this company! We highly recommend them! Justin and Bryce were swift and thorough when we experienced an emergency leak in our daylight basement. They quickly identified the problem as a leaking water heater, provided a quote, and completed the work within just a few hours. The job included draining the old water heater, removing and properly disposing of it, and supplying and installing a brand-new unit. We are incredibly grateful that they came out on New Year’s Eve and ensured we didn’t start 2026 without running water. They also offered a great recommendation for addressing separate water damage caused by another issue. Highly appreciated and highly recommended

Huge props to Adam. We had been trying to replace our kitchen sink ourselves but ran into some issues, so we called for help. They were able to come out the very same day, which was a huge relief. We needed a new faucet installation, a separate hot water faucet, and water tank set up.
Adam was fantastic. He fixed our kitchen sink and even helped with a stubborn screw we could not get undone (I spent 4 hours myself before trying to get it out) , all with incredible patience and friendliness. He explained everything he was doing clearly, which made the whole process easy to understand and feel confident about. The new installation looks fantastic. Will definitely use them again.

Great service for people who hate money
This is a wonderful company to repair your plumbing issues, including storm drains and sewer lines—ONLY if you have the disposable income of a tech bro or sis. I don't.
I called because the storm drain receiving my downspout was clogged. It was adjacent to work they have done before. Without even coming to the site, a technician diagnosed a total failure over the phone. Their solution? Demolish the concrete, access and remove the P-trap, and redo the entire install for a "discounted" manager promo of $4,000.
I ended up fixing the issue in 5 minutes with a Shop-Vac. Total cost: $0.
I’ve used them for a sewer line repair before and now realize I likely funded their entire holiday party. Why fix a drain for free when you can pay $4,000 to have your walkway ripped up? This is the team for you if your budget is infinite and your patience for common sense is zero.
UPDATE: A real pro checks for a simple clog before recommending a sledgehammer. We all know they were looking for a payday.

Adam came to my house and gave excellent service and worked very efficiently. He was incredibly professional and personable and kind. Justin and Bryce responded to a same day house call on December 9 when we found water seeping between the wall and floor of our garage laundry area. I cannot rate their service highly enough. They arrived around 5pm and stayed until after 8:30 to finish the job the same day. I waited to submit a review because other work we've had done was done to last a few days -- just enough time to get a good review. Justin and Bryce's work has definitely held up. It was unclear where the leak was coming from, but they spent a.long time investigating, including in the crawl space under the house, to find the right place in the wall to open up. They opened up only about 2 feet of wall and hit the leak exactly. They fixed it quickly and permanently. They are very professional and efficient. We are extremely happy and will definitely call 2 Sons first for any future needs. Thank you!

I had a wicked combo of 50 yr old bathtub faucets ( the hot water completely frozen in the “on” position) and a 13 year old hot water heater …. Yep, on Saturday … 2 Sons sent Carey out on Sunday and he advised me to wait until Monday when he could really solve my problem with high quality hardware and a new hot water heater! Carey came out Monday with Micah , beautiful copper pipes, a new hot water heater and a modern bathtub faucet. In 5 hours I had a new bathtub faucet and a new hot water heater. On top of really good craftsmanship , they respected and protected my existing tub/ toilet / sink. Thanks for a job well done!! M & M Watts

The 2 Sons company was prompt, thorough, clean, and performed precise, high-quality work. The office staff and plumbing technician showed professionalism and a focus on details. The finished repair exceeded our expectations, the price was very reasonable (high value for the quoted price), and the technician left the Job site spotless. See attached photo, they used the Big Bertha Motorized Snake to clear a clogged drain, the obstruction was 25 feet away!!

Our hot water heater was ooooold and died. 2 Sons came out quickly (keeping me apprised of the schedule, and who exactly I could expect to come to my house along the way). Carey discussed different options to make a larger tank work in our space while demonstrating great knowledge of current code and safety standards. They offered a very fair price, and he and Brice were considerate while completing the removal and installation. Carey even spent a significant amount of time trying to help me find an unrelated leak and didn’t charge me for it. I would absolutely call them again.

'High-power' toilet mechanism mal-functioned. And the "backup" 24-year-old toilet > in far corner of basement is why this 'seasoned' lady was so grateful for speedy appointment: next morning! Davie was prompt (even a few minutes early), friendly, skilled. Turns out, nothing was 'wrong' at all! (One part may have 'stuck' a bit.) I learned how to address this 'sticky' part myself. Davie took photos, documenting part #, videoed actual 'flushing', previewed 'replacement' costs, if needed. I do not mind paying 'service fee' = a fair concept, especially as this is deducted if repair is made. Second time I have used this company: reputable. Efficient. Five stars above "another" company I used, years back.

Woke up to the sound of water spraying behind a bathroom vanity and we all know thats never good. Never been through this before so called the first lineup of plumbers Google provided and out of the 5 businesses we called 2 Sons was the only one that could come out same day. The experience was very fluid from start to finish. Anthony was fantastic, thorough, and very kind. The issue was fixed within a couple of hours. Really pleased with our experience, and since homeownership is unpredictable its nice to know if we ever have an issue with plumbing/sewer/heat/air we have a company we can trust.
Update - I wasn't lying when I said if we ever had another issue we knew who to call. Surprised last night when we were notified that we had another pipe break. It was 7:30pm and I called 2 Sons and they had someone out this morning to evaluate and repair the issue. Anthony was our technician again and was so so great. Thank you to 2 Sons for saving us from what could have been major damage twice this week!!

2 Sons was recommended to me by my father. They replaced a main pipe for my parents last week. My dad spent over 50 years in construction and was impressed by their work and professionalism. When my tub backed up today and my snake wasn't cutting it, I knew who to call. Bob was able to come out the same day and did a great job. I would highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call again if the need arises.

Brandon B. Did a phenomenal job explaining why my old water heater (white) was failing. He was patient and gave great customer service providing us with options/recommendations for repair and financing. It turned out my 25 year old water heater should have been replaced long ago and was now becoming a safety hazard. I decided to go with a new water heater and installation. Even though it was bit pricey, I understand in the times that we live in WA are expensive. Brandon B. Was very professional and completed the work very quickly. He was very reliable and courteous in answering all of our questions. We need more technicians like Brandon B. And if his boss is reading this, the man deserves a raise or extra PTO hours. Trung and Cole re-plumbed our home for us (and at a very reasonable rate, based on my research). This is not an easy house to go under, or an easy property to work on, but they were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. They made sure everything was done perfectly and included us in decision making and gave us lots of options. I especially love that they would not do anything that would incur a charge without checking in. I got 60+ before-and-after photos, and they didn't leave until they knew we were completely satisfied and had all questions answered. I won't call another plumbing company and will be sure to recommend 2 Sons! I will also ask for these guys by name next time.

We had an emergency when our water heater pipe burst and water was spraying everywhere. I called 2 Son’s Plumbing because they had done work for us before, and once again they did not disappoint. They came out the same day, gave us a clear estimate, and fixed the problem right away. The team was nice, courteous, professional, and fast, which made a very stressful situation so much easier. Davie came out to help with two drain backups at my house, and the experience couldn’t have been better.
He lives in the same city as me, showed up on time, and immediately put me at ease. From the first few minutes it felt less like a service call and more like having a knowledgeable family member who just happens to be a plumber. Friendly, professional, and clearly knows his craft.
He took care of both drain issues efficiently, explained what was going on without any pressure or upsell, and charged a fair price. No nonsense, no surprises. He even recommended an enzyme drain and grease trap cleaner for regular maintenance, telling me straight up that if I use it consistently, I likely won’t need to call him again for secondary buildup. That kind of honesty is rare.
If you’re looking for a plumber you can actually trust, someone local who does solid work and treats you like a human, Davie is it. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again and will absolutely be recommending him to neighbors and friends.

I called because I had used them in the past on putting in a new garbage disposal and did an great job. This time I needed a new water heater as ours was 20 years old. The technician Brandon came out and looked at it and gave us a very fair quote for a new one which also included delivery labor and taking the old one away. I was able to get an appointment for install in just a couple of days and they did a fabulous job. I still was able to have the technician Brandon and tanother technician named Chris and together they worked so well to get the old one out and the new one in and made sure it was up to code in just a few hours which was great. They also tested everything and cleaned up and left the place spotless in my basement. I would highly recommend this company The technicians are highly skilled and know their job. They're friendly and they really care about the job they're doing and respectful of your home and the price was great. As is often the case, our water heater gave out with no warning. Joey, our point of contact and installer, was able to minimize the time we had to go without hot water and got us taken care of with a new heater with nearly no fuss or headache. We just had 2 Sons Plumbing, Sewer, Heating & Air out to look at our plumbing problem. The Senior Tech that arrived was Davie and he was amazing to say the least! Extremely honest, extremely polite, and very clear communication on cost and problem solving. My Brother n law and I spent days trying to figure it out with some experience in plumbing. Davie fixed it within 20 minutes. His cost was surprisingly fair. With other contractors being nefarious in cost I was expecting the worst. 2 Sons Plumbing was a sigh of relief. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone and specifically I would recommend Davie. Our situation was dire, with family flying in to stay for Christmas and running out of time and options Davie was a life saver. Needed my Hot Water Heater replaced and contacted 2 Sons Plumbing. Got a real person who was very helpful and had a team headed my way that afternoon to evaluate and give me a bid. The 2 person team led by their tech Brandon checked out my current installation and gave me a bid to replace my 15 year old non functioning water heater. They actually had the hot water heater I wanted on their truck and by the end of the day I had a new hot water heater installed. There was quite a bit of extra work to bring the installation up to current code. They were friendly, fast and efficient. Nice job. Thanks guys!

I called yesterday about a clogged bathroom sink. They were able to get me in today. Their system gives you a link so you can check your assigned technician’s ETA - very convenient.

2 Sons Plumbing came out today to help with a leaking pipe in laundry room. This is the 3rd time I have used this company and it has been a great experience every time. I have had different technicians each time and all have been professional, friendly and helpful. Today I had Bob. He put in a lot of time and effort into troubleshooting and figuring out my issue. I have an old home with a challenging layout due to previous owners remodels and DYI work. I really appreciated all his hard work, input and creative solutions.

Fantastic service. Responsive, timely, courteous. I had major main line blockage that required digging and replacing line to septic. Bob from 2 Sons arrived the day I called to assess problem and had it fixed a few days later. Cost was half the price of competitor plumbing for the same exact repair. Kudos to Bob, Nolan, Manu. I'll use 2 Sons next time I have an issue and will refer to neighbors and friends.

Two Sons is my go-to plumbing service. I've used Two Sons three times now. The tech that responds is always polite and knowledgeable. When assessing an issue, they always provide options and identify the pros and cons of each. When I needed a new tankless water heater, the tech found a warranty I didn't know I had. I find their prices to be fair and in line with industry standards. They are not the cheapest, but I also know they do quality work.

We used 2 Sons a little while ago for some plumbing and water heater work. When we had issues with a toilet, they were our first call. We received the same great service from start to finish. We were able to get an appointment right away and then the follow up appointment to install a new toilet a couple days later. We weren’t in a rush because it’s not our only toilet but I think they could’ve gotten us an even earlier appointment if needed.

Anthony came and did the estimate. He was very professional and nice. The estimate was quick and within my thought of what it should be. I was given a call and link to a map to indicate his arrival time. Justin did the installation I was given the same type of notice of his arrival. Justin put in the garbage disposal, chiller tank and hot/cold water dispenser. he did a fantastic job and was fast. He was absolutely great. Nice man. I would not hesitate to hire Justin and Anthony again and if I need plumbing assistance I will definitely call 2 Sons Plumbing.

Justin was awesome! So knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and friendly. He was here for nearly 6 hours doing a what we thought would be a basic installation of a new water heater. Turns out he had to disassemble half of the pipes in the utilities closet to avoid damaging the door frame. Total pro! Always kept it cool and professional. 10/10 Will hire 2 sons again and will ask for Justin!

Angelo and Jake came out this week and did a water main repair in our yard. Seth came and did an amazing job of digging & locating the leak in a very difficult location. Angelo and Jake worked for several hours to get our water back on! They were both very informative during the time and very pleasant to work with. Seth then replaced the soil and removed all debris. A great crew!

Two Sons plumbing provided above and beyond a top quality experience. They were communicative about everything from alerting us to arrival time to providing us with important and appropriate information about our sewage ejector pump’s possible issues. My goodness 2 Son's has been life savers for my family and I. This weekend we found a leak under our stairwell, we had to shut off our water and move out the house. I called around to a couple places and they immediately answered. They were all booked but were able to find me the first available today (Monday). They were very patient as I arrived from work a bit late to my home. I was greeted by Anthony (plumbing technician) and Tyler (plumbing manager) who were very polite and professional. Anthony was able to inspect the issue, quote me a great price (for all of my military brothers and sisters out there, they support military), and fixed the issue as well as inspected the rest of my plumbing in case we had any emergency work that my cause issues in the future all under two hours. I highly recommend this company to those in need of plumbing assistance. Thank you Anthony and Tyler for making our home livable again!

I have used 2 Son’s Plumbing several times for plumbing issues and remodel work and have had great experiences every time. They get technicians out very quickly (same or next day most of the time) and they do quality work. Both Trung and Marcos have done work at my house and they are both friendly, efficient, and do very high quality work. I highly recommend.

He didn't do any work without approval, did a thorough home plumbing inspection and pointed out a couple of things that needed attn and mentioned the savings in having them done on this same service call! Prompt and efficient service for a gas line leak in our outdoor fire table. Great scheduling, real people answering the phone on the first call; no automated phone trees. Nice, friendly and efficient technicians, speedy follow up service with a small issue we had and efficient billing. One of the technicians even helped us with a non job related outdoor table issue that saved the day for an upcoming party! Justin and Bryce were so nice and fun to work with. Called at 4pm, expecting to wait a few days, but they showed up the next morning at 9 am. They did a top tier replacement of our Pressure Reducing Valve, added a professional quality tee and ball valve for future irrigation, and spent as much time as needed to dial in the pressure to keep it both comfortable and safe for our fixtures. Great experience with 2 Sons Plumbing! Bob helped me repair some parts that was causing a slow leak from the toilet tank. Apparently the toilet I had required getting parts special order but Bob was very communicative through the whole process and kept me up to date with status of the order. Recently I had an opportunity to use the service of the 2 Sons company.
We had to replace the toilet that started to leak. The handyman that usually works in our house found the task too complicated - nonstandard size hole in the concrete, uneven floor, unusual size sealing ring, etc.
So, we called the 2 Sons. The results were great!
We received service the same day.
The person by name Guy who was assigned to the job was very nice, very knowledgeable, and very professional. he was ready to go extra mile for the client satisfaction.
He spend quite a bit of time preparing the site and installing the toilet, but the result was just great!
Not cheap, but definitely reasonable.

In addition to their friendly professionalism, I appreciated listening to Dave's thought process as he quickly diagnosed the cause of our leaky shower handle, both into the tub and behind the wall into the basement. Marcos and Jeff did amazing work. Marcos especially went all the way into the crawlspace to find a hidden leak. I really appreciate his thoroughness and the effort he put in. They also beautifully repaired the main shutoff valve and the regulator valve. It was well worth paying for their skill and for finding and fixing the hidden leak.

We live in Burien and Two Sons sent us out Brandon and Chris. We had a leak somewhere in the house that was doubling our water bill. They found that it was coming from the turn off valve outside of the house. After digging and analyzing they came to the conclusion that the galvanized piping needed replacement. They were able to coordinate working with another company to come out and detach the galvanized piping and put in new piping. Brandon was so explanatory, considerate, efficient, and went way beyond in service. He also made sure that they were both on time but usually early. We were very impressed with them and would not hesitate to ask for those two again. Thank you!
