They're dispatch notify me 15 minutes before the technician showed up and also sent a text message the morning of the appointment with a picture of the technician. Anthony was very polite. We had 2 Sons Plumbing come out for a very slow dripping pipe in our unfinished laundry room. The employee was really nice and informative and taught us why it happened and fixed the issue. However, about 15 minutes after he left we heard a loud gushing water noise. The pipe he had replaced had water squirting out everywhere. Everything was soaked- our washer, dryer, furnace and water heater. It smelled so musty and gross. Ugh. We got the water turned off, called 2 Sons and they had him turn around and come right back. He immediately found and admitted that he had made an error and didn’t seal part of the pipe properly. He called his bosses and arranged to have a water mitigation company come out to clean and dry everything, on them. While we would have preferred to not go through all this, mistakes happen and we would still recommend 2 Sons Plumbing, especially because they took fault right away and were so quick to make things right.

I had a burst hose bib so I called 2 Sons. I hadn't used them before but I liked their reviews and their proximity. The plumber showed up on time, provided a reasonable estimate, and was able to start immediately. He had to remove drywall and he did a good job. Overall, competent work.

We had the opportunity to work with Davie and Camille today from 2 Sons Plumbing. We initially thought it was going to be a very large job but quickly found out that it was a very easy fix to do our selves. What I absolutely loved is he was very honest in what it was and did not tack on anything extra to upsell. Camille was amazing on the phone and provided an excellent level of phone interaction, answering all my questions regarding future needs and let me know they were here for us. In today’s economy you do not meet people or interact with many companies that provide this level of service or integrity. My advice to anyone looking for a Plumber is to reach out to 2 son’s first. Plumbing is also not the only kind of work they do. They are also equipped to handle multiple facets of home improvement and or emergency needs. I will be calling them to handle my next project for sure.
