When you dig into a simple bathroom sink faucet replacement and drain clean out, only to discover the creatively fitted and overly siliconed plumbing from the previous home owner...... you call 2 Sons to finish the job!Davie came to my house and listened to my saga, then thoroughly inspected the problem before presenting the solution. He scheduled the work for the following day, which included a trip to pick up the non-standard parts he would need. The job went smoother than anticipated, and he was done in less than 2 hours.Davie was very polite, knowledgeable, cleaned up after himself, and didn't laugh at what I had tried to do on my own.This is the 3rd time I've had 2 Sons out to my home, and I've had great experiences every time. 10/10 recommended!

Joey & Jared showed up during the scheduled time window. They were professional & friendly.Before starting work, Joey made sure we were both on the same page regarding what needed to be done and the cost.I was concerned about a problem outside of the scope of original scheduled work. Turned out, the toilet had a slow leak. Joey was proactive about my concern. After a quick inspection, he also suggested replacing the toilet valve and the sink hot and cold water valves, given their age (25 years).This is the third time I’ve had 2 Sons Plumbing come to do work at my home. I will continue to use 2 Sons Plumbing.

I called 2 Sons to service an old furnance. Unfortunately, it needed to be replaced. The experts I worked with were kind, knowledgeable, and did a great job making sure I was set up with the best solution for my needs. They made sure I knew how to maintain my new furnace and even gave some guidance on my water heater. My technician, Davie was polite and kind. And for a plus on my side, he is animal friendly.He showed up exactly when expected, introduced himself and waited to be invited in. Then he had me walk through the problem I found and quickly diagnosed the issue. He provided great communication about what was happening and what was needed, was thorough and had everything fixed in a very reasonable amount of time. I would definitely use them again & recommend 2 Sons to anyone looking for services that they provide, in the future.

Fantastic service and communication. I scheduled a toilet repair visit online on Saturday, they called to confirm on Sunday, and the plumber had it fixed on Monday. Fate was great! He was efficient and knowledgeable - installed new parts and it's even better than before the issue! Thank you!

I called these guys to look at a shower drain that needed to be replaced for cosmetic reasons. The tech came out and looked at it from the top and said we would need to cut the pipe from the bottom and gave me a quote of $1500 on top of the $75 diagnostic fee. I just couldn’t justify that. I had a neighbor take a look and he crawled under the house and just was able to unscrew it from the bottom and replace it, took less than 20 mins. The tech who came out never even crawled under the house to check that out. I gave 3 stars because the tech was very nice but like most major companies, is only out to get the most $$$

Work is great, but it’s too expensive. It may not be a good choice if you’re sensitive to price. I asked them to replace a valve, which had a material cost of less than $200. Their initial price quote was about $1,200, before tax. I told them it was too expensive and that I needed to get a second quote. They asked me what I thought would be reasonable, and I said $800. After they called their "Sr manager", $800 got approved. The work took two people 30 minutes, or effectively one person one hour. From Internet, the company seems a reputable company. But I’m not sure if $600 is normal for a reputable plumbing company. So, I searched on Google "how much does a reputable plumbing company charge per hour", which tells me ‘Plumbers typically charge between $45 and $200 per hour, depending on the type of job.’ Since I was charged $600 (labor work only) for one hour’s work, I think it’s too expensive. Thanks.

Steven came by the house and helped restore the pressure in our kitchen sink back to normal very quickly. He was prompt, courteous, and answered all of my wife and I's questions about what might have initially caused the issue. He also gave a quick explainer on how to install an optional upgrade on our water heater, and I really appreciated his willingness to share knowledge and tips to potentially save us a buck in the future. Great first experience--will call again!!
