I was able to make an appointment for the next day, and Dave showed up on time and he was awesome! He quickly diagnosed the issue, had all the parts needed to fix it right then, and was clearly an expert making it easy to trust him. He helped me figure out how to order the part I needed which was under warranty, so a lot of money was saved there. Calling a plumber is a tough thing to do, first thought how much cost. I call 2 Sons for the first time and happy I did. They return contact right away and had appointment the next day. Today my leak was fixed and I am a happy person. Alex was great, friendly, he explained everything to us. 2 Sons has financial service with them, got approved right away. The technicians at 2 Sons are fantastic. They price out their own jobs so you’re never dealing with salesmen. My house needed 5 splits and they did the work ultra fast and for an incredibly low price. They even rearranged their schedule to get my job done asap so we wouldn’t have to freeze or spend a week in a hotel. Also and most importantly, they are super nice people. Our entire experience with 2 Sons Plumbing was amazing. We needed a technician right away and over the weekend. 2 Sons quickly and easily scheduled the appointment for the following morning. I've now used 2 Sons Plumbing for two of our home's problems. I highly recommend their business after my experience. For the first visit, we had several sinks that were leaking with faucets and stoppers unfunctional. I thought I had to replace all of them with new faucets (expensive). 2 Sons Plumbing helped me realize the faucets I had were great but they had to be cleaned out with parts tightened/fixed based on the original home builder's not so great installation. Within 45 minutes, all of the sinks were fixed, working at a way more reasonable cost than replacement. For the second visit, Tyler K was our assigned specialist, and he quickly fixed our downstairs sink that ran into he same problems as upstairs. He also helped us to realize the bad state and danger of our Water Heater that hadn't been maintained for 11 years and needed replacement. He took the time to educate me on water heaters, show the problems (with photos that I have now), and helped me to get the water heater replaced same day at a very reasonable cost and high quality. He had the whole system replaced with pipes cleaned up and remounted in less than a few hours. We now have a higher quality system with better output than ever before. Tyler K. is awesome, and I'm now a very loyal 2 Sons Plumbing customer!
