My husband and I contacted several plumbers to get a quote to replace our water pressure regulator. 2 Sons Plumbing responded right away and got someone out to our home the next day! Our entire experience with 2 Sons Plumbing was amazing. We needed a technician right away and over the weekend. 2 Sons quickly and easily scheduled the appointment for the following morning. They called us 30 minutes before arriving as promised. Drake was our technician and his professionalism and expertise (especially to two laypeople) were impressive. He described everything each step of the way and was able to identify and fix the issue. The whole time I was impressed with his communication and professionalism. I've now used 2 Sons Plumbing for two of our home's problems. I highly recommend their business after my experience. For the first visit, we had several sinks that were leaking with faucets and stoppers unfunctional. I thought I had to replace all of them with new faucets (expensive). 2 Sons Plumbing helped me realize the faucets I had were great but they had to be cleaned out with parts tightened/fixed based on the original home builder's not so great installation. Within 45 minutes, all of the sinks were fixed, working at a way more reasonable cost than replacement. For the second visit, Tyler K was our assigned specialist, and he quickly fixed our downstairs sink that ran into he same problems as upstairs. He also helped us to realize the bad state and danger of our Water Heater that hadn't been maintained for 11 years and needed replacement. He took the time to educate me on water heaters, show the problems (with photos that I have now), and helped me to get the water heater replaced same day at a very reasonable cost and high quality. He had the whole system replaced with pipes cleaned up and remounted in less than a few hours. We now have a higher quality system with better output than ever before. Tyler K. is awesome, and I'm now a very loyal 2 Sons Plumbing customer!

It’s Christmas Eve and my parents dishwasher drain hose came loose and sprayed hot water all over the kitchen. Steve and team showed up in thirty minutes and had everything fixed 20 minutes later. They saved our family gathering. Amazing!

I had to use them 3 times in the past 3 weeks for 3 different issues and every time experience was great. They are on time, easy to access and responsive every time on the phone. They try to assign the same plumber every time for your house. The plumber I worked with was Andy and he is excellent, very knowledgeable, professional and nice to work with. I did really appreciate quick turn around. Other plumbers did not even return phone calls. I highly suggest their service.

We had 2 Sons Plumbing replace our old water heater. They were extremely prompt with replying to my inquiry. Customer service was courteous and friendly and we were able to book an appointment very quickly. Mike and his assistant came to install the water heater. Fantastic service! We first called them to get an estimate on some work. They arrived told us we didn't need a plumber, just needed to order a part. They even pulled up the part on Amazon and showed us the exact one to get.Later on in the project I ended up breaking a pipe and then actually needed a plumber. They were extremely personable and professional. They let us know all our options and let us decide what we wanted to do. Would highly recommend using 2 Sons Plumbing!

Well come to find out Seattle Sewer is Joes Plumbing too but never less these guys ROCKED!! Had a liner installed which save my husband and I 15K!!! Yes, you heard that right 15k!!! Would have cost us 31k for new sewer. These guys were amazing and beat 3 other bids in the area. Tom and crew were a delight to work with. Thank you guys for making it so easy. Well not so easy on the pocket by book but you were worth every penny! Again, thank you!

My tenants complained that the showers and sinks in my rental property were not dispensing hot water anymore. Tom quickly came out and spent about an hour thoroughly inspecting the unit and diagnosing the issue. He ended up replacing a heating element on the hot water heater, resolving the issue.
