Our technician, Davie, was incredible, and so were the scheduling office personnel. Called with a same-day, urgent request to fix our clogged kitchen drain, they scheduled us for that afternoon, and it was fixed it within an hour of their arrival. Not only was Davie professional and an expert at what he does, but a fantastic person as well. We can’t thank them enough.

Called after our service pipe had a leak. They scheduled us for an estimate the very next day. Chase gave us a clear and concise estimate and told us they would be available first thing the next morning. They showed up just as they said (their dispatcher called and let us know what time they would be arriving and were accurate to this time). Overall very friendly, professional, and courteous. I would highly recommend 2 sons plumbing if you have a leak, because we will definitely be reaching out to them should we experience any other plumbing issues.

Angelo came to the house and talked with me about my options. He answered my questions and explained the process. He then let me know when he could come back and take care of my problem. On the day of the job, I got a call from the office letting me know when to expect him.He did a great job. Very friendly.

The technician for 2 Sons was super helpful. He accurately diagnosed our leak issue (when another plumber could not), explained it well, took pictures as he fixed everything, and was helpful with our next steps in our situation. Plus he cleaned everything ip very well. In addition, we learned that 2 Sons is an easy organization/business to work with. Their price seemed to be “market value”-and after the diagnosis, there were no surprises. I was impressed. They have excellent communication. I am feeling thankful right now.

Fast - Knowledgeable - Honest TradesmanJared was AWESOME!!!We had an exterior faucet that was spraying water everywhere when we turned it on. We called 2 Sons expecting an appointment in a week or two - they got us in next day (Called on a Monday @ 3pm - they showed @ 12n on Tuesday). When arrived, he looked professional, was friendly but focused on the job at hand. I anticipated that we would need a new faucet at the minimum and was prepared for the worst. Jared inspected the faucet, took it apart and found what was wrong. He could have charged me for a new faucet and i wouldn't have known any better, but he showed me what was wrong and that he could just tighten some things and re-seat a washer to fix the leak. Faucet works like new.Jared was honest - that goes MILES FOR ME! I will be telling everyone i know about him specifically and also about 2 Sons!Shawn
