I had to use them 3 times in the past 3 weeks for 3 different issues and every time experience was great. They are on time, easy to access and responsive every time on the phone. They try to assign the same plumber every time for your house. The plumber I worked with was Andy and he is excellent, very knowledgeable, professional and nice to work with. I did really appreciate quick turn around. Other plumbers did not even return phone calls. I highly suggest their service.
We had 2 Sons Plumbing replace our old water heater. They were extremely prompt with replying to my inquiry. Customer service was courteous and friendly and we were able to book an appointment very quickly. Mike and his assistant came to install the water heater. They were professional, polite, and efficient. They even helped wipe down after they were done. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service! We first called them to get an estimate on some work. They arrived told us we didn't need a plumber, just needed to order a part. They even pulled up the part on Amazon and showed us the exact one to get.Later on in the project I ended up breaking a pipe and then actually needed a plumber. Well come to find out Seattle Sewer is Joes Plumbing too but never less these guys ROCKED!! Had a liner installed which save my husband and I 15K!!! Yes, you heard that right 15k!!! Would have cost us 31k for new sewer. These guys were amazing and beat 3 other bids in the area. Tom and crew were a delight to work with. Thank you guys for making it so easy. Well not so easy on the pocket by book but you were worth every penny! Again, thank you!
My tenants complained that the showers and sinks in my rental property were not dispensing hot water anymore. Tom quickly came out and spent about an hour thoroughly inspecting the unit and diagnosing the issue. He ended up replacing a heating element on the hot water heater, resolving the issue. His price was very reasonable. Thank you for the honesty Tom. We will be using you and 2 Sons from now on.
Truly great full! The dispatcher Maria was polite, sympathetic & offered me two different times to come out that very day since I had a plumbing emergency. They called when they were 40 minutes away & showed up right on time! I do like that they sent two plumbers for the job. They wore booties over their shoes & we're very respectful to both me & my home + they cleaned up afterwards. They were fast & efficient, letting me go on with my day & not tied up all day with my plumbing problem. Two plumbers were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in an understandable way. The price was very fair. Over all, I am very satisfied & grateful with 2 Sons Plumbing! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! I hope that I never have to call them again, but I would in a hot minute.

They install quality parts, were friendly and informative as I asked questions during the repairs, offered parts and labor guarantees, and they double-checked their work. Email summary of work and invoices are handy, too. During COVID, our plumber wore a high-filtering masks, took off his shoes repeatedly when entering the house, was mindful to keep the door shut so the indoor-only cat didn't get out, and showed me the completed, tested work. So truly, if you need a plumber don't hesitate -- just hire this company -- their attention to detail and customer service are fantastic. You will be very happy you did.

Well didn't know that Seattle Sewer is 2 sons plumbing. These guys have an amazing business model! Anyway came out and installed a new liner with a thing called blue light! Wow, Fast and convenient! Saved us 1/2 on our Sewer line. Tom was so helpful along with his crew. Thank you guys! Really appreciate the hard work!
Tony was great! He installed my water softener and water filter. He was friendly, explained his quote, knew about water softeners. Set it all up and even added salt and programmed it for me. Price was very reasonable. They were on time to provide a quote and was on time to do the service. I would for sure use them again!
Edit: Shortly after posting this I received a phone call from the owner. We had a great conversation about what happened. He offered to immediately refund me some $. I told him that I didn’t want him to do that. He instead credited my account so that the next service (there work was good so I’m sure there will be a next service) would receive a credit. I offered my opinion on the charge for the service and told him what some of the other companies had quoted me. He listened and appreciated the feedback. I stand by my statement that the charge for the installation was more than it should be but the owner did everything to make it right. Hopefully the charge for a toilet install will be lessened for future customers.I will edit my stars to a 5 for the effort out forth to make things right. I appreciate that and do all I can to support local businesses.Great communication and the tech (Zach) was awesome. Zach did great work and did it quickly.The only knock I have is that it was super expensive. I had received a few quotes via text/email but since I had scheduled 2 sons to come out so I waited for their bid. I thought I heard Zach say one price but I must have heard wrong. Even the price I thought I heard was far more than the 2 bids I received via text/email. So when it was time to settle the bill Zach said the total and I was flabbergasted. I cannot believe it cost that much to have a toilet installed. It was a straight forward install. I had thought I’d need a plumber because i believed there was damage to the flange. There was not so like I said, easy, simple install. Should have done it myself I guess.Oh well. Zach did a great job though.
I used Joe's plumbing on two separate jobs within a week. They sent out techs (no site visit fee) and offered pricing during the site visit. One guy even did the work same day.They communicated very well. Office called to set up visits, and they also called when the tech was on his way inside of the arrival window.Both techs were polite, courteous and knowledgeable.Pricing was great and exactly in line with what it should have been.Can't recommend these guys enough.
Joe's Plumbing is great. They were quick to schedule me and very on top of making sure I knew exactly when the plumber, chad, would arrive. He showed up and was very nice. I had some concerns about a smell in my bathroom and about a patch job on a pipe below my apartment. In the end I learned that the smell was not connected to any of my bathroom fixtures. And that the patch job below was fine. I really appreciated that the consultation was free and Tony really helped ease my mind about some issues and gave some good recommendations about how to further determine the cause of the smell problem.
