I called these guys to look at a shower drain that needed to be replaced for cosmetic reasons. The tech came out and looked at it from the top and said we would need to cut the pipe from the bottom and gave me a quote of $1500 on top of the $75 diagnostic fee. I just couldn’t justify that. I had a neighbor take a look and he crawled under the house and just was able to unscrew it from the bottom and replace it, took less than 20 mins. The tech who came out never even crawled under the house to check that out. I gave 3 stars because the tech was very nice but like most major companies, is only out to get the most $$$

Work is great, but it’s too expensive. It may not be a good choice if you’re sensitive to price. I asked them to replace a valve, which had a material cost of less than $200. Their initial price quote was about $1,200, before tax. I told them it was too expensive and that I needed to get a second quote. They asked me what I thought would be reasonable, and I said $800. After they called their "Sr manager", $800 got approved. The work took two people 30 minutes, or effectively one person one hour. From Internet, the company seems a reputable company. But I’m not sure if $600 is normal for a reputable plumbing company. So, I searched on Google "how much does a reputable plumbing company charge per hour", which tells me ‘Plumbers typically charge between $45 and $200 per hour, depending on the type of job.’ Since I was charged $600 (labor work only) for one hour’s work, I think it’s too expensive. Steven came by the house and helped restore the pressure in our kitchen sink back to normal very quickly. He was prompt, courteous, and answered all of my wife and I's questions about what might have initially caused the issue. He also gave a quick explainer on how to install an optional upgrade on our water heater, and I really appreciated his willingness to share knowledge and tips to potentially save us a buck in the future. Great first experience--will call again!!

Davie is just the BEST! He was dispatched to my rental condo to fix a malfunctioning dishwasher. He found that the air gap was installed backwards! Problem solved and at a fair price. My 5-star rating is based not only on his professionalism but his humanity as well.
