Steven came by the house and helped restore the pressure in our kitchen sink back to normal very quickly. He was prompt, courteous, and answered all of my wife and I's questions about what might have initially caused the issue. He also gave a quick explainer on how to install an optional upgrade on our water heater, and I really appreciated his willingness to share knowledge and tips to potentially save us a buck in the future. Davie is just the BEST! He was dispatched to my rental condo to fix a malfunctioning dishwasher. He found that the air gap was installed backwards! Problem solved and at a fair price. My 5-star rating is based not only on his professionalism but his humanity as well. The condition of the condo can be intimidating to vendors as the occupants have hoarding issues but Davie was unfazed and very kind to them and understanding with me when we spoke. 2 Sons Plumbing has a loyal customer.
