Work is great, but it’s too expensive. It may not be a good choice if you’re sensitive to price. I asked them to replace a valve, which had a material cost of less than $200. Their initial price quote was about $1,200, before tax. I told them it was too expensive and that I needed to get a second quote. They asked me what I thought would be reasonable, and I said $800. After they called their "Sr manager", $800 got approved. The work took two people 30 minutes, or effectively one person one hour. From Internet, the company seems a reputable company. But I’m not sure if $600 is normal for a reputable plumbing company. So, I searched on Google "how much does a reputable plumbing company charge per hour", which tells me ‘Plumbers typically charge between $45 and $200 per hour, depending on the type of job.’ Since I was charged $600 (labor work only) for one hour’s work, I think it’s too expensive. Thanks.

Steven came by the house and helped restore the pressure in our kitchen sink back to normal very quickly. Davie is just the BEST! He was dispatched to my rental condo to fix a malfunctioning dishwasher. He found that the air gap was installed backwards! Problem solved and at a fair price.
